We have a gargoyle!
I’ve always wanted a gargoyle, ever since before I had my own place I wanted one. Now we have a house with an unused pedestal in front just begging for a gargoyle, and now we have one. Unfortunately, it’s light enough for a single person to carry so I have to ziptie it down. Scoundrels always stealing your shit.
We watched Trick R Treat tonight. As I’m sure was intended, it amped up the Halloween spirit considerably. The movie tends to inspire Halloween-related creativity on a grand scale. Sometime in early October I will buy some pumpkin beer and kettle corn and we’ll have a viewing. I swear it feels like having a miniature Halloween. Buckle up.
Oh, and while we’re speaking of gargoyles, I bought something else a few weeks ago. It’s actually the first Halloween purchase made in 2010, and it came from Costco. I don’t have a picture, but he’s an imposing fellow. You’ll make his acquaintance on Halloween.
I am the “who” when you call “who’s there”, I am the wind blowing through your hair
